Cancellation policy:

  • General: Can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival
  • Christmas/New Year: Cancellable free of charge up to 60 days before the day of arrival
  • February: Cancellable free of charge up to 28 days before the day of arrival

Before arrival we will not charge a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is less than the above mentioned days before arrival, we will try to sell the room again. If we can not re-rent the room fort he same duration of time, we will charge a cancellation fee of up to 5 nights without meals.

Please cancel your reservation always in writing. Cancellations are only valid if we have received a written cancellation.

The same conditions are valid for no-shows and late-arrivals or earlier departures.
